For over twenty years, I have accompanied people through illness, grief, trauma, life transitions, and the profound transformations that shape a human life.
My path began in the body.
I trained as an osteopath and naturopath, and over the years I worked with thousands of people seeking relief from pain, fatigue, stress, and chronic health challenges.
Again and again, I witnessed something that could not be fully explained by anatomy or physiology alone: beneath physical symptoms lived stories, losses, beliefs, longings, and unanswered questions.
The body was speaking a language that many of us had forgotten how to hear.
This realization gradually led me beyond the purely physical dimensions of healing and into the worlds of trauma work, hypnotherapy, symbolism, mythology, Jungian psychology, and astrology.
Not as separate disciplines, but as different ways of approaching the same mystery:
How do we come home to ourselves.
My work today lives at the intersection of body, psyche, and soul.
It is informed by two decades of clinical experience, as well as a lifelong fascination with myth, archetypes, dreams, and the symbolic dimensions of human experience.
Offerings of Vesta was born from this meeting place.
It is a space where I share essays, teachings, reflections, and explorations on healing, transformation, astrology, embodiment, grief, initiation, and the stories that shape our lives.
The ancient Romans tended a sacred flame in the Temple of Vesta. It was a fire that was never allowed to go out.
To me, that flame has become a symbol of something enduring within every human being: the part of us that remains alive even through loss and uncertainty.
It’s the part of us that remembers and waits patiently for our return.
Welcome.

Background & Training
My approach is informed by more than twenty years of clinical practice and an ongoing exploration of the relationship between body, psyche, and soul.
The roots of my work lie in osteopathy, naturopathy, trauma work, hypnotherapy, Jungian psychology, Parts Work (IFS), archetypal astrology, embodiment-based approaches, Vipassana meditation, Human Design, the Gene Keys, as well as Celtic and Amazonian shamanic traditions.
My training includes a Master's Degree in Osteopathy (M.Ost, D.O.), a Diploma in Naturopathy, EMDR, hypnotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, as well as numerous trainings in trauma, attachment, and symbolism.
I approach these modalities not as isolated disciplines, but as different languages through which to explore the relationship between body, psyche, and soul.
My studies continue to this day, guided by the conviction that healing is less a destination than a path of self-knowledge, transformation, and a return to oneself.
